The former Tonsorial Hair Salon, just completed a major renovation and name change! We are still located in the Concourse Athletic Club. Hairology Salon is affiliated with Alfaparf® color, Amae® color and retail line out of Sweden, and most recently, Paul Brown Hawaii. The salon is also associated with Bosley® & Samson® Hair Restoration, which which specializes in the prevention and treatment of hair loss. Hairology offers an extensive line of hair care products, including an exclusive line of Hairology shampoos, conditioners and styling aids. The salon offers an array of hair care services including shampoos, conditioning treatments, haircuts, color treatments, highlighting, perms, and chemical straighteners.
All stylists at the Hairology Salon are experts in cutting, and styling all textures of hair.
Hairology Salon combines quality expertise in hair care with convenience and on-time performance, located on the main level of the Concourse Athletic Club. Walk-in appointments are always welcome!
Owner Danny Estrada has been in the hair industry for 35 years, and has traveled all over Europe to attend and perform as a platform artist. He has educated for Wella®, Alfaparf®, and was the former educational director for Keune Haircosmetics International®. He is now currently educating for Paul Brown Hawaii. "The majority of our clientele base comes from referrals. So, we as haircutters have to stay on top of current trends through education. We are very grateful for those clients who have remained with us, and have refered new clients to us over the years. They are the ones who have kept us in business."
"Keeping up with the industry through education has kept us up to date on all the current trends. I was lucky to have learned from some of the best haircutters around the world, in my early years. Most of them came over from Europe and are still cutting-and successful. Now all those techniques I learned over the years are passed on to our apprentices, who start with the basics and work their way up to be very good stylists and colorists. Executing a great haircut and color, and being consistent to make that client happy! We believe that quality, consistence and on-time performance is one of the main reasons we have remained successful over the years."
Kisha Crawford has worked at Hairology Salon for 8 years. She began as an apprentice under the direction of master barber, Danny Estrada. Kisha has earned her master barber's license, and was a former educator for Alfaparf. She is now currently an educator for Paul Brown Hawaii. She specializes in men and women's haircuts, as well as color, highlighting, and is an expert in thermal straightening and hair extensions. Kisha works at the salon 5 days a week and is available for early morning or late appointments on Friday's by request.
Scott Seigler has come full circle, celebrating his 25th year in the hair industry. Atlanta raised, he has traveled, taught, and learned all over the U.S. and the Netherlands. A former National Artisan for Keune Haircosmetics USA®, he served as co-chair for the Chicago Cosmetology Association Design Team while living in Chicago, which allowed him to travel to Toronto, Canada to attend The Vidal Sassoon Academy. Returning to Atlanta once again pairs him with Danny Estrada at the new Hairology Salon. “I met and had the pleasure of working with Danny ten years ago. I have since gone on an incredible journey of education through the hair industry and am now back home. I invite you to come and share with me what I have learned.
